Template and Branding Kit Policies
By purchasing a website template or branding kit you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Due to the digital nature of templates and branding kits, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be given for these products. Please review the demo and details before purchasing.
Website Template Policies and Conditions
When you purchase a Squarespace Template, you will receive a link to accept the template as a new website - I do my very best to make sure you receive this link within 48 hours of your purchase but occasionally things go awry and you may experience a delay. If you have not received your email for your new website please email me at hello@pinkcherrycreative.com.
Please note that there may be a delay on this time frame over the weekend/holidays.
Once you accept ownership of the template it is no longer mine and it is now your responsibility to add your own content + edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template that you don’t like I cannot come back into the site and reverse those so please be mindful when making changes.
Please Note:
Website Templates are not an instant download. The site will be transferred to your Squarespace account within 48 hours of purchase.
Squarespace Templates work only with Squarespace 7.1.
A paid Squarespace subscription (not included) is required for all Squarespace Website Templates.
Website templates cannot be applied to an existing site — you’ll need a new website setup, including a subscription and domain.

A purchase of one of my website Template includes your chosen template sent to you only once:
If you make any accidental changes to your template and want the template sent again, or, if you don’t accept the invitation to your new template within 3 months of purchase and your free trial expires, then you will have to repurchase the template.
Your template will come into your account on a free trial. If you let this free trial run out, Squarespace will mark your website for deletion. If your website gets deleted and you want the template resent, you will have to repurchase the template. Avoid letting your trial run out by asking Squarespace support for a trial extension, or upgrading your site to a paid plan.
Terms and Conditions for Website Templates and Branding Kits:
By purchasing any website template you agree not to resell the template as your own. The design itself and its files (excluding images or fonts) are copyrighted and owned by Kate Smith Owner of PinkCherry Creative.
Your purchase grants you a single-use license only, meaning it can only be used for one project or client. If you need multiple templates, simply buy it again. If you want to build multiple websites with the same template, you must purchase it again for another license.
Important: Squarespace requires a separate subscription for new websites so if you currently have a subscription you will need to cancel that one and purchase a new one to publish a new website using on of my templates. I am not responsible for additional fees charged via Squarespace.
Website Templates and Canva Branding Kits created by PinkCherry Creative are intended for ONE license only. Duplicating website templates is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Use of Website Templates or Branding Kits for commercial purposes, including but not limited to redistribution, resale, or utilization by other web designers for multiple clients, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use or distribution of any of the Website Templates or Branding Kits infringes on intellectual property rights and will result in legal action.
Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself unless otherwise noted on the template. PinkCherry Creative and Kate Smith holds no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.
Your completed website design may be used in my portfolio, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.
